The only positive aspect of my time at this company was the camaraderie and support of my colleagues. They made the otherwise unbearable experience slightly tolerable, and I cherish the relationships I built with them. The moments spent bonding with my peers will remain the only good memory of this organization.

Unethical Salary Practices: Salaries are delayed regularly with baseless excuses, despite employees being paid below market standards. Unrealistic Targets: The Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) process is designed to set employees up for failure, with impossible deadlines and contradictory expectations. Unprofessional Management: Leadership lacks basic decency and communication skills, often resorting to intimidation and public humiliation. Lack of Employee Value: Employees are treated as expendable resources rather than valued contributors. There's no focus on growth, learning, or career development. High Turnover Rate: Constant resignations and terminations indicate the deep-rooted issues within the company. Manipulative Practices: Policies and procedures are twisted to serve the management’s agenda, leaving employees feeling trapped and disrespected. General Chaos: The organization operates with poor planning, a lack of transparency, and zero accountability. Final Thoughts: The company fails to meet even the basic standards of professionalism and employee care.
