Dislikes

Slower response to customer support, lately. Technical issues with some products, Issue of ownership of problems at major accounts. Lot of individual appreciation e-mail, not translating into deserved appraisal, recent years.

Work Details

Technical support, application and technical support, and training of major accounts & distributor teams, Key accounts, KOL management, Clinical training.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
