My experience at vikal realcon is really good i was really satisfied by the work culture management and policies.

Dislikes

I don't like some things about the company we were in the sales and marketing fields but we are not allowed in the internal matter of the company ie.land acquiring through farmers,we are only to inventory given by the company.

Work Details

Easy going, pressure was less ,comfortable and on time payments by cheques

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
