1. No official papers like appointment / offer letter, pay slip. 2. There is no play slip. Moreover, the amount paid through NEFT is a lumpsum amount. It has no standard breakup like Basic, DA, HRA, Additional allowance, PF / ESIC etc. Technically, it is difficult to establish this as "Salary". 3. This is a very small company with max. 10-15 employees under single owner. Hence, the owner can say any day to anybody that "You don't need to come from tomorrow". This has happened quite a few times. 4. The owner deliberately / strategically does not give the appointment letter to anybody. When the very "employee" resigns & intends to join other company, he gives condition that the person needs to serve 3 months more otherwise he would not give the required papers like appointment letter, release letter etc. 5. The company's job is mostly ABAPer oriented. This company has very small or zero no. of SAP Consultants. Whenever such project comes where SAP consultants are required, either the owner presents his own employees (who are not consultant) as the desired consultant or he makes temporary contract with freelancing consultants to get things done. 6. The owner 's only concern is getting his money. He is very fickle-minded, rude & rough (most of the time), lies a lot. Due to his behaviour, people do not stay in this company much longer, max. 1.5 -2 years. Most of the people actually stay for much lesser period, say, 6-12 months. 7. The "salary" or payment is not done on the last day of any month. Generally, the NEFT payment is made on the next month's 5th to 7th day. 8.
