Total Employees strength including the director, HR and office boy is 5 No appreciation for extra work they assign Call center Work life balance is 0 Worst place to work No training, no standard for hiring No career growth In lockdown company was completely shut down for more then 6 months and they expected all their employees to wait untill they open up without salary Don't provide any experience letter to any of their employee no matter how good you are...Read More

Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
