Good teamwork, no work pressure, good learning place, but growth policies are bad, no cab facilities incase of rain, bus strike.

Dislikes

No growth, appraisal is too low, no proper food at canteen, no tissue paper in rest room, no cab facilities incase of emergency like heavy rain, bus strike. Not giving leaves if someone take emergency leave it will changing into week off.

Work Details

The work what I am doing is very much good and easy to handle, no work pressure. I learned a lot and same was giving dowload to others what ever I learned. Good atmosphere.

there's actually nothing to be liked in vertex or now known as altruist, there's is something called a corporate life or corporate structure which is totally not followed here, huge partiality goes on as well as too much of politics internally, deserving people have less chance becasue of the points that i mentioned, salary is not enough for an individual thers is no appraisal as well, company does not want to keep experienced guys with it doesn't know how to retain just keep on hiring new guys and get its work done...Read More
