If we join at associate level and depending on process not much work pressure. And IJP for eligible associate. There is monthly RNR for the hard working employee where winners receive big bazaar coupon for specific amount.

Nice please to work fresher can learn lot of communication here and English also but salary is very low for Telugu process Tamil process compare to other process but they gave salary on time that is good thing however fresher is better'but experience candidate not that much better

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
