Best company for freshers to learn more new things about electrical knowledge. My company has nice work culture & allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from seniors & employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts. Use of latest technology to ease work done. And there are many such good things but these are major points.

Sometimes holiday is working day.

The company is open to innovative and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team of VACPL, high-quality products and has a global client base. Woring with a open minded like that my colleagues come from various culture background. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow according to your working ability. The work pressure is very high.

I'm working in a VACPL in accounts department. Well manage day-to-day operations. As ling as i get to work closely with thw client. It will be a great learig experience.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
