Perfect Coordination was maintained by teachers. Helping tendancy was wide among teachers and very supportative.

Work load was bit high because after school hours it seems we have to work to complete the day and next.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
