In this Institution we are working for the students, means we have to give our concentration on students improvement. We are not allowing students to go for any coaching classes. We here take their extra classes every day for 1 hr. This is the most precious feature what we like in this school. This is my 1st working institution and I loved to do work here. Timing of staff and students. Staff don't give time for their family, as it is the day boarding School.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
