Nothing it's a very toxic place to work

Dislikes

The founder is a very toxic person, abuses his employees no respect towards his employees and plays a very dirty games with payouts . No proper sop , sop keeps changing as per his wish and without any intimation and when . One of my fellow co worker was fired without any notice and he was not paid for his working days . This keeps happening with every employee. No HR in the company, the founder has a very bad mouth and has no control over his anger and tongue....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
