ROLE CLARITY DOCUMENT

Role Title: SALES EXECUTIVE

Role Definition

  1. To Attempt Calls to the leads assigned & Set up sales Appointments.
  2. Converting Qualified leads into Sales
  3. Customer Onboarding on Veelo Rider App & signing Lease agreement
  4. Handover Documentation, App Training & Delivery of Vehicle
  5. Calling the riders with negative wallet to ensure timely payment


Role Deliverables

  1. Successful Appointment setting
  2. Calling in Qualified leads within 48 hours of receiving the Lead
  3. Understanding Customer Needs and pitch product accordingly
  4. Sales Conversions
  5. Generating Leads from Leads (Referrals)
  6. Documents timely uploaded on the Cloud Drive
  7. Documentation of Leasing signed from customer
  8. Customer gets working knowledge of the Apps
  9. Photo of Delivery
  10. Ensuring Low NPA’s with timely repossession & recharges done by customers


Tasks & Activities

  1. Check the Qualified Sales leads Tracker. Check for new Qualified leads which have still not been called.
  2. Appointment setting with the customer & following up till the customer comes to the hub
  3. Allocation of EV assets to the customer
  4. Training the customer on the Veelo Rider app
  5. Explaining the customer various issues if timely payment not done
  6. Repossessing the vehicle in case the customer is not using the vehicle and not paying for the same.
  7. Following up with customers for timely payment
  8. Proper documentation of Vehicle allocation like handover checklist, lease agreement & delivery photo.
  9. Veelo Rider App Registration Process
  10. Training the customer on the Veelo Gamification modules


Key Measurement Metrics

  1. Number of Calls made to new customers (Set targets for new & Follow-up calls)
  2. Quantity - Called vs Assigned Leads
  3. Quality - Number of allocations done daily
  4. Amount of Negative Wallet
  5. Active Utilization percentage of Bikes
  6. Number of Referrals Generated
  7. Number of Repossessions done with 50% SD negative
  8. Customer complaints on not able to operate the App
  9. Posting of Delivery Photo


Educational Qualification

  1. Graduate / Diploma Holder / 12th Pass (FRESHER)
  2. Basic Knowledge of Electric Vehicles
  3. Basic knowledge of Mobile App use


Salary Structure

  1. Gross Salary after training period Rs 3 to 4 lacs per annum (includes performance bonus)
