Experience :- 0-4 years

Skills :- Excellent communication skills, Languages :- Telugu , Hindi, English(Mandatory), inbound calls

Education :- Intermediate , Graduate

Location :- Hyderabad , Banjara Hills

Interview mode : Face to face

Roles and Responsibilities :

Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions via phone calls.
Process customer requests for products or services in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
