Customer Care Executive

• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions via phone calls.
• Process customer requests for products or services in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.

Job Requirements :

• 0-4 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment.
• Proficiency in English (spoken) with knowledge of Hindi and Telugu languages.
