Most Genuine Review ever. I don't know about others I was paid really well ( also I have good previous CTC) Some of leaders are supportive. I sometimes got free hand to work on certain things. Sometimes I was appreciated.

Poor leave policies. Poor employee treatment during extreme sickness. Felt like school as I had to take lead permission to leave the office each time. As an adult this kind of treatment made me feel bad. Highly arrogant US counterpart A lot of micranagement More concentration on work from office and micro management for what an employee does in office rather than what an employee does. Leaders are not from any great product firms Hence their mindsets are like infosys narayanmurty or L&T chairman's. Because of the above reasons no employee is happy As this as happened to everyone. DON'T GET CHEATED No 1 decieveing Company Won't get job after joining this bad company, as this company as no reputation . No offer letter is given while joining First company in India to do so because They are cheaters The numbers they show and put on offer defers. Poor work culture. Vearc history: this company is run by non technical leaders who gave very good salary during covid3 bubble for Many candidates from MNcs like Tcs infosys to attract talent, not very talented people, It clearly reflects But now quality is down. No learning as per the market standards They encourage by giving 750 rupees Udemy courselol. CTOs of portfolios are highly inexperienced, and incapable of leading. Always a lot of work and during appraisal it's compared with HCL lol. Leaders are Highly inefficient and extremely good at micromanagement. You need take permission of you need to spend more time in washroom lol. One Vice president being in such position khow's more about how much a lady employee under him spends in washroom rather than any technical idea. Clearly this is a Hell When these management people dies they surely go to hell but people at hell would be rather scared or shocked to see them because these people are that much worst. This company deceive you very well. This is service based company with zero product mindset. Extremely harrowing experience. Company bills some dollars from us company and keeps major portion with them and hands the remaining to employees They do not have any mindset to treat employees well. Extreme level of micro management, vice president and managers rather than giving technical guidance , they calculate the time an employee spends in washroom. They don't trust employee, first company in the country which doesn't give offer letter. There are chances that what Madhu says on call could mismatch when u receive offer after joining. 1. Worst service-based company to work. Legacy technology and most portfolio companies are very small and have little revenue. 2. They offer high packages and a joining bonus so that you are tempted to join the company. After joining they will show you hell. If you leave the company before two years they will take back the joining bonus. 3. Leave policy is the worst. Leaves are credited on a pro-rata basis and one sick leave for every two months. 4. There is no management hierarchy and everything is one man only for this company. 5. Too much of favoritism and politics. 6. No work from home. All 5 days in the office though they promise one day to work from home before joining. 7. Very small rented office. Number of employees working on actual software projects are about 50 only. The rest another 100+ are admin, operations, and finance. 8. Project deadlines are unrealistic and prepare to work late nights and weekends if you join. 9. No offer letter till you join and only one welcome letter is provided to offer employment which is of no use as no details will be provided in that letter including compensation. 10. My life has become extremely miserable after joining This company I don't know how to explain it but 5 days work from office so the initially safe 4 days but later they make it has 5 days you need to come at sharp 11:00 a.m. in the morning so they will be a manager or is from master who will be watching at what time you do and that what time you go for lunch and how much time is spend in washroom everything and you are supposed to attend call that night has well and you are not supposed to leave office before certain time....Read More

Seriously, this place is extremely harrowing. After working for many product companies like VMware, siemens etc and even in few service based companies. I can clearly declare Vearc is the most Toxic environment. Vearc is a hell. If govt wants to punish criminals rather than keeping in jail or death punishment they can put them in Vearc Vearc environment is that much worst it exceeds that of hell. Forget about benefits, this company lacks basic facilities that any IT companies in India would offer. They lack employee centric vision No empathy. First when I read negative comments I didn't believe but now I'm weeping every day. Being an adult and even father. I need to take permission every single day even if I have to leave office 20 mins early. If u call sick then gone loss of pay. Regretting every moment after I joined vearc. Culture is too poisonous. Not for someone who is looking forward to grow or from reputed companies. If no job I would recommend stay at home and learn or wait until better opportunities come. There is no job satisfaction. Employees are afraid to even talk or raise anything or even to suggest anything. Due to this fear any outsider asks any info on company, employees must only lie else they will track you. Life at Vearc: Daily spend hours travelling to office. Literally sit in zero facility office from 11 to 9pm You must ask permission from managers, leads and scrumaster even if u r spending more time in wash room. Go home late . Again take few calls. Work on weekends. Then on monday they'll praise few for working on monday, So shameless they encourage working on weekends as if employee is married to vearc to work 24/7. At last get some poor hike for n number silly reasons. You need to ask permission and beg managers and leads even if you want even 1 day wfh, Overall an extreme level of toxic work culture.
