Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

Company is good as it's one of the Aditya Birla group company but middle and upper management is not as per the industry required. The are just saving and justifying their job by Putting frontliners in PIP and then throwing out of the company. They don't have any business plan, just doing foolish things.
