I only like staff unity in this organization because the owners are too bad that staff has to unite together and be there for each other.

I regret to say that my experience as an employee at VAMA has been deeply disappointing and frustrating. First and foremost, the work environment at VAMA is nothing short of toxic. The owner of the company displays authoritative behaviour, treating employees as if they were mere pawns. One of the most glaring issues is the owner's communication style. She consistently chooses to shout and belittle her employees rather than engage in respectful constructive conversations.
