I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. U have to report to ur senior as well as the partner even if u get 5 mins late with reason. N no benefit of late sitting. Terrible seniors who don't support the juniors.

Environment and work culture is pathetic. The employer is worst when it comes to paying his employee. No timely payment of salary, no time for discussion of salary after year end cycle. It usually takes a minimum of 8-9months to decide your salary which is almost at the year end with no respect for the employee who gives his everything for the firm.
