I am working from two years at Utkarsh Small Finance Bank in Assets Department. Currently I am in disbursement team and working experience overall to good. Mostly I like 100% operations work in this organisation. Like a five star rating Utkarsh Tower Office in Varanasi.

They are asking for join 4th Saturday while 4th Saturday is off working day and also they are saying you will be lost your job anytime

Promotion policy IT services provided to the customer are not reliable Internal process of account opening Softwares are pathetic Back end services are not good Employee knowledge level at back end is very poor Professional attitude and work culture at process and support level is not good

By working at utkarsh we have Little bit relaxation with our work there is not any mental pressure which is good.

Annual appraisal not at all satisfied with it. Appraisal done by supervisor on the basics of your closeness with them rather than on your performance throughout the year which is very much disappointed

You get gold money in this bank, BM goes to sleep at home, it is a tension free bank and totally fraud working goes on in it, after taking attendance everyone goes to sleep at home during working hours, you get to sleep peacefully at home in the bank

Dislikes

Fraud working happens in the bank and no one is there to see it, come and go, the house is yours, the BF has made the bank like a theatre, enjoy, do whatever you want to do.

My Branch total 7 days work holiday bank open sunday work salary firsht six month best salary but next six month salary is low insensitive not available clients emi self mannage bank total collection posting but od members cash self deposit I'm not satisfying in this bank
