Very bad company, no ethics, no work culture, everything is on words and paper. In this company most of the managers are not even having a degree all are diploma people. and they even don't know how to draft a mail properly , all are living there with help of chat gpt. I worked under a delivery head manager name jhon mathew, and he don't know anything properly what all this dirty line managers are doing, this line managers are mainly playing politics there . Mainly Ratheesh , Ramesh and Yoka this people are worst manager ever I saw in my , one of this manager dismissed once for an issue with girl there again now he joined back UST as manager there , by this everyone can understand the standard. This delivery manager try to cover everything there itself they don't even allow as to talk to HRs . And the work timeing everyone should be inside the lab 9 and not allowed to take a brake of 15 min if it's morethan 15 min they will put mail even if work is not there . This people will not give proper salary and they will loot from us in the name of inventories, they will assign inventories in our name and they will hide it after that . 1. No appraisals. 2. No qualified employees. 3. No feedback discussions, managers have no clue about promotions, appraisals, variable pay, increments, etc. 4. HRs don't even bother connecting with the employees. No discussions about the motivation, what the employees need. For 6 months they don't even know who are the employees they are tagged to. 5. No company formal structure. Feedbacks shared with the management goes into bin. They do what they feel like doing. 6. No food arrangements, no proper offices, no meeting rooms, no snacks, no coffee/tea, no gym, no breakout games etc. 7. The moment you enter the office, you feel like you are in a graveyard, where there is total silence. Lack of meeting rooms, forces people to take calls from their bay disturbing everyone around them. 8. Everything blocked on your laptops. At times even client websites are blocked. 9. They just hire to fulfill the immediate position. If the project is suddenly rampped down, they force us to put papers. No other projects are available. It's like consulting company and contract based jobs. There are no long term projects here. If you looking for job security and planning to settle down for a longer periods, then this might not be a right place for you.

UST is like my second home. I have been part of this company for a long time and what makes me stay here is , the comfort I am getting while working.

Regarding salary hikes, it's is better compared to some other MNC s, but should be focusing on other benefits, festival bonuses etc.

-There are worst people who suck the soul out of you, promotes "modern day slavery" as "professionalism" and forces everyone to change the mindset as "work is life". These kind of people are the one who ruins the Indian IT sector, unfortunately I was part of such a team. -Poor work management, no proper tracking of work record and lack of employees in the team which will result in working overtime till late night ,work during weekends and cannot put a sick leave when its urgent which will burnout the soul and even calls you on phone during off hours and off days expecting 24x7 availability in front of office laptop. -It all depends on the luck on which team you lands on.
