Company with terrible job security. If you speak Malayalam, HR can save you from firing else u will be asked to drop paper after 1 month in bench. Worst fact is they have less job openings in non Kerala odc so you cannot find projects to survive as well.

Dislikes

Clear discrimination of non-mallayalee employee. Even meetings happen in Malayalam, if that is raised as a concern you will be moved out from project and soon you will lose your job too.

Work Details

Every team spend time in calls. Unnecessary calls killing time and productivity. Finally it would be a simple task that can be done in an hour or so. But at the end of every day you feel you spent your whole day in calls wasting precious learning hours.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
