1. No appraisals. 2. No qualified employees. 3. No feedback discussions, managers have no clue about promotions, appraisals, variable pay, increments, etc. 4. HRs don't even bother connecting with the employees. No discussions about the motivation, what the employees need. For 6 months they don't even know who are the employees they are tagged to. 5. No company formal structure. Feedbacks shared with the management goes into bin. They do what they feel like doing. 6. No food arrangements, no proper offices, no meeting rooms, no snacks, no coffee/tea, no gym, no breakout games etc. 7. The moment you enter the office, you feel like you are in a graveyard, where there is total silence. Lack of meeting rooms, forces people to take calls from their bay disturbing everyone around them. 8. Everything blocked on your laptops. At times even client websites are blocked. 9. It's all about the project you were get in. When I joined ust I get into a nice project. After my maternity leave when I rejoined I get into worst project . There was no value for our work . No work life balance. So from my opinion all our feedback comes based on our project .

No Projects in Pipeline. Most of the projects are short term. After every project you have attend multiple rounds to get a new project. Usually, there will be always 2 to 3 months gap for each project assignment. In case there is no project, they will move you to Talent pool and force you to quit the job within two to three months. it doest matter you worked for 3 years or 5 years. I have almost 16 Years of Experience,worked in 6 companies.This is the most unsecure company.Mostly there will be late night calls till 1AM or 2AM,I came considering Work Life Balance but almost zero work life balance.Even on leave,I have worked.If you are in Trivandrum,you can consider UST or else just leave it.

Regarding salary hikes, it's is better compared to some other MNC s, but should be focusing on other benefits, festival bonuses etc.

-I have met good people who promotes healthy work culture and doesnt allow to work beyond normal working hours. -Celebrations are celebrated at peak.

-There are worst people who suck the soul out of you, promotes "modern day slavery" as "professionalism" and forces everyone to change the mindset as "work is life". These kind of people are the one who ruins the Indian IT sector, unfortunately I was part of such a team. -Poor work management, no proper tracking of work record and lack of employees in the team which will result in working overtime till late night ,work during weekends and cannot put a sick leave when its urgent which will burnout the soul and even calls you on phone during off hours and off days expecting 24x7 availability in front of office laptop. -It all depends on the luck on which team you lands on. I informed the UST manager about this, but he also did not address my concerns. 2)If the project is not available, the manager is asking for forced registration without providing the full notice period. 3)The client manager and the UST manager are always discussing the CTC.
