I dislike the work Location limitations. For a North Indian it's tough to be in South.

My teammates , gama training, job security , work environment, work-life balance everything was good... I miss UST❤️

Dislikes

Career growth was difficult since I tried to switch from database developer to Python and data science, UST provided the learning part but not the career development.. And Salary also was not enough for a family to survive..

Salary - Poor
Promotions - Bad

Work Details

Started with Bpo consultant switched to development and then it got stuck with database development and support.. :(
