Dislikes

Most managers have been part of the organization for more than decades and could do with a bit more empathy when it comes to managing their teams. Instead of trying to rule by fear they should try empathising with their junior team and making sure they’re taking steps to help the team maintain their mental wellness.

Work Details

Work policy: 3 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Night shift allowance

In my current organization iam getting 9lpa and is day shift. Now iam switching to another company with a package of 15lpa(13 fixed, 2 variable). This is a wfh option but is a night shift job and when asked about night shift allowance they said there will not be any extra night shift allowance. I have experience of 5.6years. Is what iam getting paid is less?
