Likes

UST had a great work environment and an incredible culture. The hierarchy is flat and the top management is always willing for an open communication and are never hard to reach. Lots of opportunities to learn and up skill!

Dislikes

Salary is decent but opportunities for growth is a bit limited. However, opportunities is all about to how prepared we are and willing to take that extra mile
