1. No appraisals. 2. No qualified employees. 3. No feedback discussions, managers have no clue about promotions, appraisals, variable pay, increments, etc. 4. HRs don't even bother connecting with the employees. No discussions about the motivation, what the employees need. For 6 months they don't even know who are the employees they are tagged to. 5. No company formal structure. Feedbacks shared with the management goes into bin. They do what they feel like doing. 6. No food arrangements, no proper offices, no meeting rooms, no snacks, no coffee/tea, no gym, no breakout games etc. 7. The moment you enter the office, you feel like you are in a graveyard, where there is total silence. Lack of meeting rooms, forces people to take calls from their bay disturbing everyone around them. 8. Everything blocked on your laptops. At times even client websites are blocked. 9. It's all about the project you were get in. When I joined ust I get into a nice project. After my maternity leave when I rejoined I get into worst project . There was no value for our work . No work life balance. So from my opinion all our feedback comes based on our project .

Good Management and they will hear you when youre in good project

No Projects in Pipeline. Most of the projects are short term. After every project you have attend multiple rounds to get a new project. Usually, there will be always 2 to 3 months gap for each project assignment. In case there is no project, they will move you to Talent pool and force you to quit the job within two to three months. it doest matter you worked for 3 years or 5 years. Internal Politics. The project HR is useless, they dance according to project managers. They value less about employees welfare. You are less valued. Not suitable for night shifts. Above all, everything depends on your project and manager.

It's a service based company, So I can't say what I like most. Only good thing is if you have skill demanded in market, somehow you can get project if you move to bench.

I have almost 16 Years of Experience,worked in 6 companies.This is the most unsecure company.Mostly there will be late night calls till 1AM or 2AM,I came considering Work Life Balance but almost zero work life balance.Even on leave,I have worked.If you are in Trivandrum,you can consider UST or else just leave it.

They just hire to fulfill the immediate position. If the project is suddenly rampped down, they force us to put papers. No other projects are available. It's like consulting company and contract based jobs. There are no long term projects here. If you looking for job security and planning to settle down for a longer periods, then this might not be a right place for you.
