You will be good if you can handle politics. Reg appraisal, it will be decent if you can get it but its very hard to get it. Would say a very good work place for women when it comes to HR policy and they will be flexible however its all depends on your reporting person.

Dislikes

you will be forced to play politics. No career growth (for me), No CAB, not much support from management for self learning.

Job security is only based on Allocation. In this Pandemic situation there was on humanity they were doing Layoff, tactical resignation or termination - one or the other reasons. Have Client/Team calls out of office hours, Work culture is average. Management speaks of core values which they doesn't keep for their employees. Company policies driven by HR

Dislikes

High level of politics, even after training given for employees they did layoff and the assessment marks are not shared. Teammate depends on their attitude work-life balance depends on the manager and project. work environment is good but depends how manager treats us. Innovation - no comments
