There will be good learning specially when you're in lower designations.

Dislikes

The leadership is not properly aligned in the ServiceNow space. There are no rewards even if you end up working hard and making a project successful. Projects are less because the only valuable resource considered by management is one with MBA degree from IIM, technical resources are not valued. Your designation are not shown in teams, so even your juniors can be end up assigning you work. You could also end up working in different role which may not match with what you were hired for....Read More
