The leadership is not properly aligned in the ServiceNow space. There are no rewards even if you end up working hard and making a project successful. Projects are less because the only valuable resource considered by management is one with MBA degree from IIM, technical resources are not valued. -There are worst people who suck the soul out of you, promotes "modern day slavery" as "professionalism" and forces everyone to change the mindset as "work is life". These kind of people are the one who ruins the Indian IT sector, unfortunately I was part of such a team. -Poor work management, no proper tracking of work record and lack of employees in the team which will result in working overtime till late night ,work during weekends and cannot put a sick leave when its urgent which will burnout the soul and even calls you on phone during off hours and off days expecting 24x7 availability in front of office laptop. -It all depends on the luck on which team you lands on.
