Employees can leave office after finishing work and no need to maintain swipe in / out hours on daily basis

Dislikes

Talent pool Management in bad Long term projects are less Layoffs happens frequently Employees are fired if they are not allocated to a project for 2 months after being in pool. They dont have enough opportunities in the company
