Firstly, I would like to emphasize the importance of job security, especially after being promoted to a new position. It is disheartening to feel unsupported and left to navigate the challenges alone. I believe that it would greatly benefit both the individual and the organization to provide necessary training and guidance to help employees successfully adapt to their new roles. By doing so, we can create a more conducive and empowering work environment. Furthermore, the behavior of senior colleagues plays a significant role in our motivation and overall experience at Tech Mahindra. Positive and supportive attitudes from seniors can greatly inspire and encourage us to excel in our work.
