The only good about the company is that, it provides permanent work from home and 5 days working.

Dislikes

Bad management, toxic manager, who can fire you at any moment without any prior notice. They put unnecessary pressure on their employees. Shouting and reprimanding the employees are their natural work culture. No scope for promotion or appraisal. Fake promise on incentives. They never pay any incentives. Moreover, they deduct the salary when targets are not met.
