Mumbai Office is Terrible. No one is there. Only 3-4 employees were hired, out of which all left, except one. Most of the employees are Outsourced or do freelance. We are Never introduced to hire authority who work virtually, so that we cannot tell anyone anything. Its so Dicey! Extreme torture starts from Day 1. Everyone is given 10 different tasks, of 7+ different Job Roles, to do single handedly: And every deadline of those tasks is mainly 1 day. You are expected to do everything, and work like a CEO in the name of "Lead" and everything will be handed over to you in a "Do It Yourself" Mode. No teaching, No training. The CCO Co-founder will Shout at you unnecessarily. Often used slangs. Some of us made him understand, but it was of no use. He hires good candidate, and negotiate salary saying "you don't have experience in this field. So learn first. I'll teach you". But there's no teaching. You will be over-burden with work. 24 hours will feel less. He makes sure we work on Weekends, and gives a lot of Presentations for Mondays so that we automatically work on weekends. They will Never say Saturday is working day, but later they will mention. He is more concerned with the Visuals even of a vital PPT BUT barely understands what's the context of it. There was NO holiday for us the last month. Every day was a working day. Working 16-17 hours straight. You will keep falling sick mentally and physically. And he will show No empathy. The Ego is next level and it's visible! The vibe is of ancient slavery and doesn't even feel like corporate.
