...sarily. Often used slangs. Some of us made him understand, but it was of no use. He hires good candidate, and negotiate salary saying "you don't have experience in this field. So learn first. I'll teach you". But there's no teaching. You will be over-burden with work. 24 hours will feel less. He makes sure we work on Weekends, and gives a lot of Presentations for Mondays so that we automatically work on weekends. They will Never say Saturday is working day, but later they will mention. He is more concerned with the Visuals even of a vital PPT BUT barely understands what's the context of it. There was NO holiday for us the last month. Every day was a working day. Working 16-17 hours straight. You will keep falling sick mentally and physically. And he will show No empathy. The Ego is next level and it's visible! The vibe is of ancient slavery and doesn't even feel like corporate. Only 2 employees are working in a Mumbai office with No facilities, just an empty Hall, with dysfunctional AC. The whole thing is Dicey looking. I will recommend to think before joining

❌❌❌Its not at all safe for women employees. I don't want to reveal the name a guy is there in 35+ . The approached me so many times in a indirect way. He always use fancy and polishing terms to manipulate people's brain. He invited me so many times to hangout and to chill with him when no one there. Then I got to know real intention towards female employees. He will hire and pay more to fulfill his satisfaction. If you are aware or cautious about then its fine to work there.
