Unisys as a company presents great work-life balance with nice people working around you. The company has a progressive mindset like most American MNCs and does attempt to instil an attitude that is driven to innovation. Travel is an option only in case you are experienced enough to take knowledge transfers. Career growth is there if you are fine getting a promotion every 3 years or so. First of all, the work in the company is not engaging enough - most of the work is on legacy technologies. It is largely centred around knowledge getting transitioned from the US. The raise is often not at par with the quality of work that one does. The company wants people to innovate but there is no support to reach the end goal. Career growth is not the best if you want to excel and grow faster in your career....Read More
