After Covid 19 the respect from manager to emplyess disapered .... Wanted to work on weekend night without extra pay or even the notice.

Very good work environment. People oriented other than human resource that is more focused to save money against taking care of people

Dislikes

Terrible human resource. They dont act until they can save few buck and get pat on back. They just consider every employee as robots. Appropriate term would be material resource and not human resource

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
