Toxicity at its best I am working in the ESG vertical. We have a new partner Suddhwa. His experience in ESG is at large. He brings politics and favoritism from EY. Hiring only people from EY at better package and position. He will sit with his gang and do all planning and plotting. No work given to us in Mumbai and Bangalore. Very toxic environment in Uniqus now. Quitting in Feb

Projects are really good. You get the best possible exposure. Also most of the colleagues are hardworkers and get the job done

Few people in the upper management are not good in managing projects. The same people create toxic environment in the company. Hikes are low. Their is favoritism and politics everywhere. Work life balance is bad
