Likes

Associated with UMS since last year in Sales profile. As the profile requirement, you perform you are respect else various options are there. Work life balance is good. You are not burdened with lot of task but as a fresher you there is a great opportunity to learn with your colleagues and senior management.

Skill development - Excellent
Promotions - Good
Work satisfaction - Good
Company culture - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Part of work life, but working on Sundays. However no complains are there.

Work Details

Sales is a exciting career with lot of learnings.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves International Travel.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
