Average team work environment and culture. Senior are not supportive in audit team. Company policies are good, but seniors not support for follow them, they want to make shelf policies and pressurised to follow them by their downline, appraisal very poor.

Dislikes

Most of the seniors not want to take the things on his shoulders, put pressure on downlines to take initiatives, no matter what the things is.. Politics is on peak in udaan culture.

Learning lot of new things in udaan on daily basis (Systemetic and Process). No one can learn the same anywhere else as I think weather join udaan as a fresher or experienced.
