Open door policy , wherein one can meet anyone from HR or upper management anytime, is an amazing policy. Also the HR is the best team and perhaps the best HR team that I have come across.

Leave policy could be improved. Specially with paid leaves and sick leaves. When you apply for sick leave, your manager always feel, you are lying to him and enquire about your health not out of concern rather to investigate whether you are lying or saying truth. This strategy may work with employees who are taking leave continuously unnecessary but if you do the same thing with someone who taking it genuinely, it hurts. Also there is no easy process of applying leave, you always need to approach manager on phone if you want to avail one to 2 days leave. For planned leaves, you need to apply 14 days before which is too high. In my opinion 7 days are enough. Leadership development is necessary. For every problem, they pressure employees. Have seen leads who have good communication skills but poor product knowledge and they coach the agents for product knowledge. If company wants to grow they need to focus on this area. If they do not want to focus on that area then growth may happen by pressuring employees but not exponentially which can be done by improving leadership....Read More

Some people at this place making the things a nightmare thing. Things are unpredictable, if you highlight something those people would Target you and do all the things to get the jobs done and blame you. And so that you get fired.

They had offered job and people can work here but cannot expect more than that thats it.

[Company]they have full control on person's growth mean no transperacy at all even after few months they will be starting pressure on you to quit the job itself if you are able to handle such pressure you join but in case not then you will be fired by giving pressure. So be careful.

One and Only it is WFH

You do not have any job security or work life balance as they will niether approve leaves and if they will approve leaves then they will ask you to continue working for 8-10 days without taking any leave pr week off. Salary is not given on time, precisely it is delayed and given between 3rd or 5th date of every month.

Middle management is not updated people joined this company as their first job and reached to senior management hence they don't have much creativity and updation, a bit old patterned work culture accept addressing each other by names.
