Fix timing 9:30am to 6:30pm. some time it would be 7.00pm.

There is political environment in Trivedi Infoway. Everyone is trying to criticise someone instead of accept his/her mistakes. They are working on very old technologies. If you are the people who always want to learn new technologies then Trivedi Infoway is not for you. They are not providing any bonus. Talking about leaves, They provide only 12 leaves for a year. No leaves for indian national and some other holidays like 26th Jan, Maha-Shivaratri, 15th Aug, Christmas, Ram-Navmi. Also thery are not providing any vacation leave or seek leave. Talking about salary increment, There is a salary bar for every employees. Whether you are talented or not have basic knowledge you get the fix increment which is desided by the company (for ex. 4k increased per year). About growth, it's an IT company. In it field everyday new things comes so we need to be updated. But still they are using old technologies, so there is no opportunities for you to learn new things. There is no job security.
