I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

The working place is good. The manager over here is a awesome personality,never met a person with such cool and clam nature always give preference to your new and ideas. Overall I like to say a great place to work.

Dislikes

The only thing I didn't like was the facility they provided to the staff,they were trying to do it better but was not up to mark.

To be very frank my work was to handle the check-ins and check-out of the customers, handling guest querys,handeling restaurant billings, etc
