HR, well sadly but the dept. Responsible to making organisation a better place for employees is making it tuff for most of them around.. Apart from that zero career growth.. I mean a employee with zero experience and an professional with 3-4 yrs of expertise is made to do the same job.. Well it depends on your immediate boss.. Sometimes he let's you free on time even when you have not met your target... Another time you are top performer sitting and doing 11 hrs just coz your boss feels you are not putting efforts
