Teammates were supportive before they got sacked by the management

There is a huge amount of politics and the management hasn't any problem resolving capacity.For the new joiners it will be a smooth periord for first 2-3 month, decent salary will be paid on time, after that the real game will begun . Irregularities in paychecks,reimbursements and other financial processes will took places. Management might issue LOP or force resignation to any one anytime,without any discussion with employees. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
