Likes

Good infrastructure created during the Oil Boom . Decent Accommodation . Canteen with good food.

Dislikes

Outdated Management Culture. Fool of Politics with Tamil Group on top. We are told Chairman is very tough and moody but 95% of employees don't know as Top Management ( Tamil Brahmins) controls access. Zero job security .
