Things I like here is everyone gets a chance to learn new stuff. As a beginner, I've had the opportunity to work with various new technologies, which is an added advantage for any fresher. The job security is OK, if you do well, they will give new opportunities to explore and work.

Dislikes

Overall there are a lot of areas they need to improve. And the current way of how they treat employees is not that great. Sometimes they make us work long hours, and the deadline and pressure to finish things is a bit too much. The pay isn't great, especially considering the kind of work we do and the technologies they make us work o n. Appraisal are a mess - unclear timelines and not a good percentage of hike also. The canteen is bad. there is only pantry facility and they only have lunch which is pre-booked and serve no snacks. They don't give any perks or goodies and don't acknowledge festival sweets or appreciate our efforts.Things like these are something which do not match on how they sell themselves.
