Freshers are hired and put into client without giving training. Management has poor policies. Equipments are not good.

Dislikes

Everything. Less of politics should be played at higher level. Client appreciation does not matter. Friends of higher management are only given preference.

The only thing i like was that i got to learn SOA.

There are a lot in Gurgaon office:- 1) Higher management who looks after gurgaon team is very egoistic. A lady who is the head is very egoistic and generally supports only women in the team. 2) They wont support you if they get any escalation from client. They wont even try to defend you and instead will insult you infront of them. 3)They wont work towards getting new technologies pushed in the team. They will ask for new ideas during team meeting but they dont give employess that extra space to discover new things. 4) i was frustrated to the core and i could have died while driving due to excessive stress. So i decided to quit....Read More
