Things I like here is everyone gets a chance to learn new stuff. As a beginner, I've had the opportunity to work with various new technologies, which is an added advantage for any fresher. The job security is OK, if you do well, they will give new opportunities to explore and work.

Dislikes

...rk long hours, and the deadline and pressure to finish things is a bit too much. The pay isn't great, especially considering the kind of work we do and the technologies they make us work on. Appraisal are a mess - unclear timelines and not a good percentage of hike also. The canteen is bad. there is only pantry facility and they only have lunch which is pre-booked and serve no snacks. They don't give any perks or goodies and don't acknowledge festival sweets or appreciate our efforts.Things like these are something which do not match on how they sell themselves. The company needs to fix these things to make it better for everyone.

Dislikes

Salary benefits, management and lack of process. Client data security breaches and doesn't comply to cmmi5 level. Lack of basic infrastructure, lacks basic facilities even sanitization, hygienic washrooms and ventilation.

Likes

The excellent place for Freshers who get to learn a lot with great visibility within the firm as there is a smaller workforce. Good onsite opportunities for people as well very early on in their careers. Overall - Very good place for Freshers to start their career.

Less Pay as per market standards.

Likes

colleagues are supportive and work life also balanced there. Anyway we learned lot of new things and on that basis we may got work also. If things are going good we may get promotion/hike also. If looking for best pace to start your career in IT where you can learn lot of things , welcome here. Things are so much sorted, not feel uncomfortable with any.

Dislikes

No hike and promotion is there for years on years. Less pay for your job. Best if it WFH not if it's WFO/HYBRID because of the all rents and all there nearby. Not provide other facilities except your salaries. No travel allowance.

Salary hikes for every 3 quarters.

Dislikes

It takes nearly 8 months training for confirmation and get into project after hiring. Be cautious you might get fired for not being able to be in touch regularly with updates of work to TL.
