This is the best organization proven compare to other competitive organization, we got our appraisal, work environment is open, CEO Mr. Michael Thuleweit,. is the most supportive CEO i have seen ever. Employees of tool-e-byte want to work more and more due to work environment. Salary in pandemic situation was not got cutoff as many other companies took this bad step towards their employees. I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
