Likes

The staff are very qualified & experienced. Authorities &staff work hand-in-hand in times of disasters, like Covid. Team work & bonding is v strong at Tiljala SHED.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Salaries are not regularly paid & are below par. There is a paucity of office space. The Management seldom take interest in how they can make things better for the employees.
